Sites in Bytes Terms and Conditions

Sites in Bytes is a custom web design program offered by Inspired 2 Design, LLC, a full-service marketing agency located north of Atlanta in Cheroke County, Georgia. The program is the first of its kind, a revolving charge finance program where businesses pay a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $299.00 and a monthly fee of $99.95 for 12 months and receive a professionally designed, custom branded 5 page static HTML website, domain name, hosting during the term and up to 3 free email accounts, plus more.

Inspired 2 Design also provides traditional website flat fee plans with terms of 50% at contract and balance at delivery. For information on a traditional plan, contact Inspired 2 Design or call 770-781-3452.

What's Included
With Sites in Bytes, $299 gets your website online. The Service Agreement outlines the specifics of your custom project including page configuration, links, etc. A monthly payment is required for 12 consecutive months. If you'd like a la carte services added like a blog installed, SEO, a mobile site, monthly maintenance, extra pages... all these things can be included and will be added to your payment according to the fee schedule published on our Benefits page.  

Grace Period
After receipt of your set-up fee and signed agreement, we start with a Marketing Kick-Off Meeting either in person or by phone to discuss how your new website will enhance your current brand and marketing efforts. You then receive a 30 day grace period before the first payment is due for you to gather your content. For example, if you sign the agreement and remit the set-up fee in January, your first payment will be not be charged until March 1st. If you need help with content, we can connect you with industry leading photographers and writers to help you draft dynamic information for your new website. 

We Accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
Your credit card will be charged the agreed upon payment on the first day of each month for 12 consecutive months. We give you the option of paying the entire balance at any time during the term without penalty.

We understand how busy entrepreneurs can be, so in the event your credit card is declined, you will have 5 business days to provide new and accurate card information. However, if your credit card is declined three or more times, we may call on you to remit the entire balance. If your payment is not received by 5:00 pm EST on the 1st of the month for which it is due, we may take down your web site until payment is made. An annual interest rate of 18% or a monthly interest rate of 1.5% will apply to any overdue payments. A $35.00 service charge applies on all checks returned for insufficient funds.

YOU Own it!
Upon receipt of your final payment, your website design, site files and domain name will all be transferred to your ownership. You can at that time continue to host your website and email with Inspired 2 Design, or you may choose to move your site to another hosting service. We will always offer a competitive rate for hosting.

Reciprocal Links
Inspired 2 Design realizes the value of links. Therefore we always provide you with a link from our website which receives thousands of hits per month, and request a link from your site to ours as website designers.

Confidentiality
We're professionals. Therefore your trade secrets, proprietary information, business statistics, passwords or other information of commercial and personal value are kept confidential.
